About our company and us

We are a marketplace, not a rental company. We do not own a single car. What we do is bring together the local rental companies that do, so you can compare them in one place, on one set of terms, and book the car in a few clicks.

1: destination
0: local companies
0: cars available

Travel is all about freedom, and finding the right car shouldn't stand in your way. We created this marketplace to bridge the gap between travelers and local car rental providers. We carefully select local partners so you can explore with full confidence and peace of mind.

What we hold to

Honesty

The price you see is the price you pay. Insurance, extra services and delivery to your address are all counted into the total before you book, and a refundable deposit, if the company asks for one, is stated on the same screen. Nothing appears at the counter that was not on the page.

Security

Nothing is charged when you book. You send a request, the rental company answers it within six hours, and you pay the full amount when you collect the car. A confirmed booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before pick-up.

Service

Every company on this site is one we have spoken to and checked. If something goes wrong with a booking, you write to us and we take it up with the company ourselves — you are not left alone with a counter in a language you do not read.

Why local companies

The international chains are the same everywhere, and so are their prices. A local, often family-run company knows the roads you are about to drive, keeps its cars for the country they are in, and answers the phone when you call. Those companies rarely have the reach to be found by a traveller planning from abroad. That is the gap we fill: they bring the fleet and the local knowledge, we bring the traveller.
